I joined Amthal in 2018 as an apprentice. while working within the install team as a coordinator I completed my Level 3 Business Admin Qualification. I then continued my development completing my Level 3 Management & Team Leadership Qualification which has supported me in my role and mentoring new coordinators in my team.
I have been at Amthal nearly 5 ½ years and I believe it is a great company to work for as they value you as a team member and invest in your development to encourage you to be the best you can be.
