ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Group Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of developing, managing, and converting your own sales pipeline. Operating across unrestricted sectors and territories, you will contribute directly to achieving the Group’s overall sales targets. Approximately 80% of your time will be focused on new business development, identifying and winning new service contracts, while the remaining 20% will involve managing existing accounts to retain business and identify further growth opportunities. This role demands a high level of self-motivation, strong organisational capabilities, and excellent communication skills to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a proven track record in business development within the fire and security industry, with hands-on experience. You will excel at developing both new and existing client relationships and are supported by a strong internal team that enables you to focus on building a robust sales pipeline. With a consistent history of achieving annual sales, you combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset to drive sustainable growth, with a clear focus on generating new business opportunities.
