Amthal has completed its acquisition of majority shares in Integrated Protection Maintenance Services Ltd (IPMSL,) a Midlands based, leading provider of fire safety and security solutions.
IPMSL majority shares have been acquired by Amthal as part of a combined growth initiative, presented to ensure the joint venture, fire safety and security specialist can offer expert solutions across a greater coverage of the UK.
With over 20 years combined experience, IPMSL has a significant presence in the Midlands, offering bespoke commercial fire safety and security systems to facility manager and block management companies looking for compliant design, installation, maintenance and monitoring services.
